As others have noted, the script being typed out over time works well with the mysterious story. I think that a lot of things, like the endings, are left unsaid to make the player have their own interpretation, which is very clever.

It was a little hard to read the darker text but the way it scrolled made it feel like a proper computer. I also found that the use of clicking buttons with your mouse rather than using the keyboard was interesting as most other games used the keyboard.

Super impressive you were able to get the typing effect. For some reason on my screen it was hard to see the text because it was so dark but idk if that was just me. Regardless great writing! I had fun going through the different options.

Animation works coincidingly with your game, adding both dynamics and aesthetics to the whole experience.

Like how each choice leads to a new scenario, you can keep to your path by staying curious or instead try to fix problems with comms for example. Also like the typing effect with the text, providing a sense of suspense because we don't know what our choices will bring.

Really nice use of coroutines for the text animations!

There are lots details like the button color you change when the mouse moves in and the page design, really great work!

I like the story because it has many choices and i can play many times to see if there's anothe ending. Also, the UI of the game is cool.

The game's UI comes out really nicely, what with the automatically-typed text, the page itself, and the images and choices that show up on the screen. Definitely succeeded in generating a feeling of dread sitting at the screen watching the darkened window type out words asking if I wanted to continue exploring or attempt restore the failing communications with Earth.

Love the style and UI of the game, really adds to the mysterious aspect. The typing animation is really cool too. I like how it keeps things just vague enough for you to keep wanting to know more and keep replaying to get all the endings.

I really love how the text comes out automatically which really adds to the theme of the game. Also the green colored text, it really feels like i’m getting a live message (chefs kiss)

I love that when you die, the game doesn’t tell me exactly what happens that leads to it. I think this is deliberate in that it wants me to lean into my imagination and knowledge about alien movies to infer what happens.

Ooo that's a really cool interpretation.  I was gonna say that I wish the game had a more clear cut ending scene, but leaving it up to the imagination is also fun.

The style of the game and how the text appear slowly in order is really interesting, it doesn’t overwhelm audience with text but allow them to read it through at a good pace. The story choices were also designed depending on audience’s choice and it seeems like there’s lots of choices.

I love the style of the game, with how it has text appear on the screen as if being typed out. It’s a classic interface thing that works well here. I love the “main” ending of discovering the source of the signal, and I’d love to see the other endings fleshed out in the same way!

Cool stuff! Love the interface you built, it looks like a screen with input buttons that you might actually find in a spaceship. The text scroll is a great touch, too. I appreciate how the options are pretty balanced: it made me weigh my options more, knowing there’d be risks either way.

I agree! I feel like normally I’ll choose the insane option to just see what happens lol but for this one there was a sense of urgency like I should actually make good choices that benefit the ship.
